An Islamic education is one of the most valuable gifts we can offer our children. Rising Star Academy’s PTO is dedicated to ensuring that every family who desires this blessing for their children has access to it, regardless of financial circumstances.

Our Mission

Through a variety of fundraising events and activities, we work to provide financial assistance to families facing economic hardship while also enriching the educational experience for all RSA students. Our goal is to ensure that no child is denied an Islamic education due to financial barriers.

How We Serve Our Community

The PTO organizes engaging events throughout the year, including:

• Book Fairs that promote literacy and a love of reading
• Eid Fair and Bazaar celebrating our Islamic traditions
• Flower sales bringing beauty to our community
• Ice cream socials creating joyful memories
• Bake sales and takeout events bringing families together

These activities not only raise essential funds but also foster community spirit and provide meaningful experiences for our students.

Our Commitment

As members of the Muslim ummah, we share a collective responsibility to support one another in pursuing what is good and beneficial. We believe that acts of charity and service performed in this temporary life will be rewarded in the Hereafter, insha’Allah.
