When you enroll in Rising Star Academy, you are not just joining a school, you are joining a family.

At Rising Star Academy, children are not lost in a sea of thousands of faces, overlooked or overshadowed. Students and their families are known by name. We offer opportunities for all children to discover their giftings and shine at Rising Star: Student Council and Government, Honor Society, Debate Team, Field Trips, Science Olympiad, Model United Nation, Boys and Girls Basketball, RSA Lilies Club, Building Blocks, Yearbook, and more. It is our hope that students will discover life-long passions by participating in Rising Star’s academic and extra-curricular offerings. We strive to develop the entire student – mind, body and spirit.

My child was enrolled in the dual credit program at RSA and all his credits were accepted at the university he attended. This allowed him to save time by delving right into the courses needed for his major. I appreciate how the dual credit program allowed him to participate in a college course, earn credit, and learn responsibility. This opportunity gave him a jump start on his college education and helped him gain advanced coursework and skills.

As a Junior attending Rising Star Academy, The experience with clubs specifically the Debate team has been excellent. I went to a couple of debates and enjoyed the learning experience. I’ve learned so much at the school especially when I joined the Debate team, I had no prior experience debating with other schools. Rising Star Academy has taught me a lot in the two years that I have been here and I plan on learning so much more continuing on to my senior year.

As a teacher at Rising Star Academy, I am able to observe directly the advantages that students acquire from attending this accredited private school. All students at RSA have access to numerous opportunities that enhance their educational experience. This school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities that allow students to explore their interests and develop new skills. From Science Olympiad to MUN, from Debate Club to Art Club, there is something for everyone at RSA.

RSA also has quite a diverse student body, which brings about new perspectives and experiences to the classroom. Diversity teaches students about different cultures, traditions, and social norms. I really wanted to come in person to thank you and all the teachers. As you may know, Alhmadulillah, Abdulaziz was accepted into the NJIT Architecture Program. This is a one-of-a-kind program offered at only 2 schools in NJ and a handful in NY. By the way, he also got accepted to the New York IT same program.
